I know that is a generic title, but I just got some cute pictures of Geddy this morning that I wanted to share with the friends and family who view this blog. Today started off well for Geddy, he got his most favorite breakfast of all time. He loves "eggs" and asks for them every morning (though he doesn't get them every morning).
He loves chocolate chip pancakes as well, so I started making Elmo or Cookie Monster pancakes occasionally. This morning he couldn't decided which he wanted, so I made both.
After breakfast we were cleaning his room and he decided to "sleep" with all of his stuffed animals. What a silly boy!

LOVE the pictures! The S Street pancakes rock my socks...how on earth do you make them and not get them all brownish?
They do end up a little brownish, but Geddy doesn't mind. I cook them on low and on the back side for as long as possible until they are cooked most of the way through. Then I just flip them for a short amount of time on the front.
