Santa's Surprise

Awesome surprise present from Santa (it was not on his list).

He had fun testing it out in the living room.

Ready for the real stuff. Normally not the bravest most daring of kids, sledding made him fearless though!

Running back up the hill to go again.

Then a week or so later, we get all of this and super freezing temperatures.

He really did want to play outside - for about two minutes.

My car was not going anywhere on that day.

Now it is finally warming up and the snow is melting. I just want some warm snows so we can enjoy Santa's present some more! I hadn't been sledding in years, and I am certainly not the bravest most daring of people. But I had a blast sledding down the hills at Peteetneet with Geddy when it wasn't so cold outside. It has been very frustrating to have two feet of snow on the ground but it is only 7 degrees outside so you just kind of need to stay inside where it is warm. That is okay too, we have read lots of books this month!
